How long does it take to sell a house in Vigo?
It depends above all on the asking price. A well-priced, well-presented home gets interest from the first weeks; an overpriced one can go months without viewings. That is why we always start with the price.
What paperwork do I need to sell?
Your ID, the title deed, the latest property tax (IBI) receipt and the energy certificate, which is required to advertise. We request the land registry extract and the cadastre record ourselves. If anything is missing, we tell you how to get it.
What taxes does the seller pay?
The municipal capital gains tax, if the land has gained value, and income tax on the gain between what you paid and what you sell for. If you have a mortgage, also its cancellation. We do the maths before setting the price, so you know what you will actually take home.
What do you charge?
We tell you clearly at the first meeting, in writing and before we start. No surprises at the end.
